Job Description

Summary:

This role is operational HR which is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, ensuring cohesive internal communication, maintaining continuous reporting systems, and supporting HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Process Designing

     Collaborate with the Senior HR Executive to formulate HR process and procedures aligned with the overall Institution goals and objectives.
  2. Talent Acquisition

    : Manage the recruitment process for various Institutional positions, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding, to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  3. Communication:

    Manage communication flow and coordination across institutions
  4. Performance Management

    : Conduct performance evaluation programs to provide timely feedback to employees, identify areas of improvement, and recognize exceptional performance.
  5. Training and Development

    : Assess training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
  6. Employee Engagement

    : Implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment that fosters productivity, innovation, and teamwork.
  7. Rewards & Recognition:

      Manage the rewards & recognition programs for better employee engagement.
  8. HR Metrics and Reporting

    : Collect, collate and analyse and make reports using HR metrics to identify trends that enhance data-driven decisions.  
  9. Organizational Development

    : Support organizational change initiatives and help develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Education Qualification:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

  • Proven experience of 5-10 yrs. in HR management within the education Industry preferable.

Skill Set:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Cross functional communications and collaborative working.
  • Conducting Induction Training for employees.
  • Problem-solving and Team building skills.
