Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Coordinate with agencies, ITIs, and departments for manpower requirements.
  • Manage attendance system: biometric monitoring, late/early reports, missed punches, shift updates.
  • Prepare daily/weekly attendance reports for payroll.
  • Support employee engagement activities and shop-floor communication initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, joining documents, and HR MIS.
  • Support HR team in induction, engagement activities, and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC basics).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / MBA HR with 13 years of experience
  • Good communication & coordination
  • Basic HR knowledge (recruitment, attendance, compliance)
  • Proficient in Excel and attendance software
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined
