Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment :

Manage
end-to-end recruitment process
for Entry level to mid-level positions.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic screening, and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate
interviews with hiring managers
and follow up with candidates.
Handle
offer negotiation
, salary discussion, and release offer letters.
Maintain
candidate pipelines
and track recruitment metrics.

2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation

Conduct
new hire onboarding
, induction, and joining formalities.
Collect and verify
personal, educational, and experience documents
.
Ensure smooth orientation for new employees.

Office Administration:

Manage
office supplies, stationery, vendor coordination
, and basic facility management tasks.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
end-to-end recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
