Position: HR Asst.Manager

Department: Human Resources

About the Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures smooth HR operations and supports the business by building a strong and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries, grievances, and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Build strong employee engagement programs to improve retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide teams and managers on goal setting (KPI/KRA).
  • Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs.

4. HR Operations

  • Maintain HRMIS, employee records, payroll inputs, leave & attendance data.
  • Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separations.
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with labor laws.

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Maintain HR audit documentation.
  • Draft and implement company HR policies.

6. Culture & Development

  • Promote a positive work culture.
  • Organize team-building and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Support leadership in organizational development strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR management.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

Salary Range

25-30K (You can update based on your budget and industry standards)
