Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for sales, marketing & support roles
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
  • Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs

Employee Engagement & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, attendance & leave management
  • Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale & productivity
  • Handle HR communications, notices, and announcements

Performance Management

  • Assist department heads in setting KPIs and monitoring performance
  • Track sales performance dashboards and HR analytics (training can be provided)
  • Conduct periodic performance review coordination

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Support implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data
  • Manage disciplinary procedures professionally and fairly

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and support skill development programs
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions
