Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our team at The Burgery in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage employee data, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Develop and implement effective human resource policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new HR initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is an asset.
