Location: Basavangudi, Bangalore Salary: ■15,000 Gross per month + PF & ESI Benefits Shift: General Shift (Day Shift) Monday to Friday Job Description: Kushals Retail Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in recruitment and human resources. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various retail roles. • Source and screen candidates through job portals, walk-ins, and referrals. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Support in onboarding and documentation processes. • Participate in local hiring drives and recruitment activities as required. Desired Skills: • Good communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be an added advantage). • Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided). • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. • Should be open to local travel for recruitment activities. • Must have a learning attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
