Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment

  • Drive campus hiring initiatives in collaboration with leading universities/colleges.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet IT & healthcare talent needs.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Performance Management & Appraisals

  • Administer performance appraisal cycles (mid-year & annual).
  • Guide managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Implement best practices for fair evaluation and continuous feedback systems.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, R&R (Rewards & Recognition), and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and drive employee satisfaction initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted partner to employees for grievance redressal and conflict resolution.

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Manage monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, TDS, and labor laws.
  • Maintain HRMIS and employee records with utmost confidentiality.

HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, IT/Healthcare industry compliance, and organizational policies.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Partner with leadership on audit readiness and compliance reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in IT/Healthcare domain.
  • Strong expertise in campus recruitment, appraisals, payroll, and compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll systems (SAP, Oracle HCM, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle employee-centric challenges effectively.

Good to Have

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Certification in Payroll/Compliance/Employee Relations.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced IT services or healthcare companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,051.70 - ₹70,000.00 per month
