Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, engagement, performance management, and exit.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Drive employee retention, motivation, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast manpower needs and workforce planning.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on IT hiring.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews, manage assessments, and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
- Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical technical and business roles.
Leadership & Strategy
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership in shaping HR and recruitment strategies.
- Mentor and manage HR and recruitment teams to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and productivity.
- Implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems effectively.
- Conduct periodic HR audits and generate HR and recruitment reports.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback frameworks, and support career development.
- Track and analyze HR/recruitment trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Human Resources and IT Recruitment.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
- Expertise in IT recruitment and managing high-volume hiring.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with operational execution.
