As an experienced HR and Operations Manager at our construction company in Calicut, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. - Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies. - Overseeing performance management, employee engagement, and training programs. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations. - Addressing employee grievances and fostering a positive work culture. In terms of operations management, you will be required to: - Coordinate with various departments to streamline operational workflows. - Ensure timely resource allocation, workforce planning, and site management. - Oversee procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations. - Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines. - Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The key requirements for this role include: - Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and Operations in a construction company. - MBA in HR/Operations or related field preferred. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Familiarity with labor laws, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
