About the Role:

As the HR & Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the people experience at Vivir Media. From recruitment and onboarding to process optimization and team development — you’ll ensure our creative energy is matched with operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
2. Develop HR policies, performance management systems, and training frameworks
3. Oversee day-to-day office operations and internal coordination
4. Foster a positive, transparent, and growth-driven work culture

5. Support leadership in aligning team goals with company objectives

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in HR and/or operations management (preferably in media, marketing, or creative industries)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
• A self-starter who can balance empathy with efficiency
