About the Role:

As the HR & Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the people experience at Vivir Media. From recruitment and onboarding to process optimization and team development you'll ensure our creative energy is matched with operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
2. Develop HR policies, performance management systems, and training frameworks
3. Oversee day-to-day office operations and internal coordination
4. Foster a positive, transparent, and growth-driven work culture

5. Support leadership in aligning team goals with company objectives

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in HR and/or operations management (preferably in media, marketing, or creative industries)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
• A self-starter who can balance empathy with efficiency
