Role Overview

This is a dual-role position responsible for managing HR duties along with operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate effectively between departments while maintaining a strong people-centric approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviews, coordination with management.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and onboarding documents.
  • Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and orientation.


Employee Management

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR support.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.


HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain employee files, HR policies, and documentation.
  • Coordinate statutory compliance activities like PF, ESI, Professional Tax (with CA/payroll team).
  • Support performance reviews and appraisal processes.


Client & Administrative Operations

  • Create and manage client invoices; coordinate with accounts for payment tracking.
  • Manage course access for clients — activation, renewals, troubleshooting, and coordination with academic/tech teams.
  • Maintain CRM and internal databases with accurate updates.


Cross-Department Coordination

  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Work closely with sales, academic, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare MIS reports, operational summaries, and weekly updates for management.

  • Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in HR, operations, or administration roles.
    • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
    • Good understanding of HR processes, compliance basics, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
    • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
    • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, positive attitude.
