✅ Design and implement lead nurturing workflows (Day 0 → Day 30 journeys).
✅ Write engaging content for bulk emails, push notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns.
✅ Segment users based on behavior (free course joiners, active learners, dormant users, buyers).
✅ Own the campaign calendar — daily, weekly, monthly communication.
✅ Work closely with closers, marketing, and operations to align messaging with business goals.
✅ Track performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
✅ Repurpose content from testimonials, webinars, and courses into bite-sized formats.
✅ Experiment with new engagement formats (polls, quizzes, gamification).
✨ Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or lead nurturing (EdTech/FinTech a plus).
✨ Strong copywriting skills — short, persuasive, and clear communication.
✨ Hands-on with email marketing tools, push notifications, or WhatsApp API.
✨ Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and iterate.
