Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting core HR activities, including employee relations, payroll assistance, and performance management. The candidate must have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for supporting employee development and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions. Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process for candidates. Ensure timely onboarding for new hires, including necessary documentation and induction sessions. Core HR Support: Assist in the preparation and management of payroll processing. Help with employee documentation, including contracts, records, and personal details. Maintain and update HR records (employee files, attendance, leaves, etc.) in compliance with company policies. Assist with employee engagement programs, surveys, and performance management initiatives. Support the management of employee benefits programs and resolving any related inquiries. Provide support in managing employee grievances and resolving workplace issues in a timely manner. Assist in compliance with labor laws and company policies. General HR Admin: Coordinate employee training and development programs. Manage HR-related reports and presentations for management. Assist in performance appraisal processes. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall company culture and employee satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment and core HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software/tools. High attention to detail and confidentiality.
