Employee Soft Skills Development (New): Lead initiatives for enhancing employee soft skills, including customer service excellence, sales etiquette, interpersonal communication, and professional grooming. Identify soft skills gaps and coordinate targeted training programs to elevate the customer experience. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, queries, and concerns. Promote a positive and high-performance culture across all locations. Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage leave and attendance records, and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement. Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all labour laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
