Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff and corporate roles, with a deep understanding of the skills required for a luxury retail environment.
Onboarding & Induction:
Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure they are well-integrated into the Muzris Gold culture, values, and operational standards.
Retail Operations HR Partnership (New):

Partner closely with Store Managers to understand operational challenges, optimize staffing levels, manage rosters, and resolve day-to-day HR issues on the shop floor.
Act as the single point of contact for all HR matters related to our retail stores.

Employee Soft Skills Development (New):

Lead initiatives for enhancing employee soft skills, including customer service excellence, sales etiquette, interpersonal communication, and professional grooming.
Identify soft skills gaps and coordinate targeted training programs to elevate the customer experience.

Employee Relations:
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, queries, and concerns. Promote a positive and high-performance culture across all locations.
Payroll & Attendance Management:
Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage leave and attendance records, and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure 100% compliance with all labour laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of the performance appraisal system, track employee performance, and facilitate feedback sessions, with a focus on retail KPIs.
