HR & Admin Executive

As a Female HR & Admin Executive at VR Digitals, a Dubai-based digital marketing agency with a branch in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the Kochi office. Your responsibilities will include: - End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates - Handling day-to-day office administration and managing employee relations - Coordinating team management activities and supporting internal processes - Assisting management in implementing HR policies and practices - Maintaining records and preparing HR-related reports To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR/Administration or a related field - Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR & office administration - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills - Exhibit good organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in MS Office and HR tools - Must have a personal laptop This is a full-time position with paid sick time benefits.
