HR & Admin Executive

Job Description: You will join the growing team at Qmanja as an HR-Admin Executive, where you will have the opportunity to build a solid foundation in Human Resources and Administrative functions within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees - Maintain updated employee records and ensure document compliance - Support performance appraisal processes and engage in employee initiatives - Handle employee queries and collaborate with internal teams on HR-related matters - Manage office supplies, stationery, and other administrative logistics - Coordinate travel and accommodation for staff as required - Ensure office cleanliness and liaise with vendors for maintenance - Organize meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars for senior staff Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in HR and/or Administrative roles - Bachelor's Degree preferred (any stream) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Join Qmanja to experience opportunities for growth within the organization, a supportive work environment, learning and development support, and engaging employee activities.
