Job Description

As an HR and office administrator, your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing potential candidates from various online/offline channels - Interviewing candidates through phone, video, and in-person - Advertising job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally - Serving as the first point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related queries - Forming and maintaining employee records - Supervising administrative staff - Allocating responsibilities effectively - Ensuring optimal performance Your duties will also involve: - Keeping track of factory supplies - Placing orders when necessary - Assisting with various internal arrangements - Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) - Submitting timely reports - Preparing presentations/proposals as required - Assisting colleagues whenever necessary The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Proven experience in HR and office administration or a related field - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Capability of handling various tasks efficiently This is a full-time position located in Palghar, Maharashtra, and the work will be conducted in person.,
