Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible HR / Admin Executive to join our team at Climate HVAC Engineering. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to manage daily HR and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle employee attendance, leave records, and daily HR documentation

Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)

Maintain employee files and company documents

Coordinate with different departments for administrative support

Prepare reports, letters, and official communication

Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office administration

Support management in HR-related activities and compliance

Handle basic payroll support such as data collection and record maintenance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin (Freshers can also apply)

Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Bengali preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Ability to multitask and manage time well

Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
