  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our HR operations and administrative functions.

Position Overview

  • The HR & Admin Executive will assist with HR processes, employee coordination, documentation, and general office administration, including vendor coordination and bill processing.
  • Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR letters, appointment orders, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and handle basic employee queries.
  • Payroll preparation by providing required data.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Assist in posting job openings on portals and social platforms.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-up documentation.
  • Support background verification processes.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Help plan in-house events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns professionally.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

Admin & Office Management

  • Process and verify bills, invoices, and coordinate with the finance team.
  • Manage vendor relationships, quotations, and service follow-ups.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and handle procurement.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility needs.
  • Assist with travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
