We are seeking a battle-tested Senior PHP/Laravel Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to build the core backend engine This is not a CRUD-only role — you will: Design scalable, secure, and auditable Web Applications & APIs Implement multi-level role based access control system Design workflows with SLAs, escalations, audit trails Enable real-time sync with React Native mobile app (offline-first) Integrate Systems and applications Technical Framework Laravel / PHP / MySQL / JSON / AWS / SOAP / REST / GraphQL / GitHub Mandatory Qualification Education: B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) Experience: 3–5 years in PHP/Laravel backend development Built enterprise-grade APIs for mobile + web Experience in workflow-heavy systems (approvals, SLAs) Core Technical Skills Laravel 9/10+ – Routing, Eloquent, Queues, Events, Middleware PHP 8.1+ – Typed properties, attributes MySQL 8+ – JSON fields, window functions, optimization REST + GraphQL – OpenAPI, Lighthouse Architecture & Design: Microservices-ready monolith, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) basics, CQRS pattern for read-heavy dashboards Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,250,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
