We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office management, and supporting overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and performance management support.
Coordinate training & development programs.

Administration:

Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
Handle procurement of office supplies, assets, and maintain inventory.
Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and office logistics.
Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Support management in preparing reports, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and office management procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
