Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office management, and supporting overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and performance management support.
  • Coordinate training & development programs.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, assets, and maintain inventory.
  • Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and office logistics.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations.
  • Support management in preparing reports, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and office management procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
