Location:

HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for factory and office staff
  • Payroll processing and attendance tracking
  • Induction and on boarding of new employees
  • Contract labour management and coordination with contractors
  • Managing statutory compliance
  • Grievance handling and employee engagement
  • Managing day-to-day administration and facility management
  • Maintaining employee records and HRMIS

  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
