Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compliance Manage Razorpay payroll software for accurate and timely salary processing. Process monthly payroll (using Excel), including attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and deductions. Handle Flexi Benefit structuring and tax-saving components. Manage end-to-end statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, LWF, etc.). Create and process PF Challans, manage PF portal, and ensure timely LWF payments. Oversee onboarding/offboarding on payroll, PF, and LWF systems. Process Full & Final settlements (FNF) for exiting employees. Vendor & Travel Desk Management Handle vendor management and procurement, including contract negotiation and performance tracking. Coordinate domestic and international travel: ticket bookings, hotel arrangements, forex, and visa services. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain petty cash, office inventory, and admin procurement (supplies, equipment). Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities. Conduct court visits for collecting stamp papers, getting agreements notarized, and related legal formalities. Employee Lifecycle Support Support HR documentation, record keeping, onboarding kits, and compliance files. Assist with training coordination, event logistics, and internal communication tasks. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1+ years’ experience in HR operations, payroll, and admin. Proficiency in Razorpay Payroll or similar HRMS. Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
