Job Description

Role Overview: As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all software, hardware, and equipment in the company. This includes managing AMCs, vendor relationships, security, housekeeping, and supervising admin staff such as receptionists, office boys, and gardeners. Your duties will also involve managing travel and courier services, stationery supplies, and the first aid box. You will need to monitor water readings and address any significant issues in the Admin department by coordinating with relevant vendors. Additionally, maintaining all MIS related to the Admin department and providing details as per senior guidance will be crucial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the maintenance of software, hardware, and equipment - Manage AMCs and vendor relationships - Supervise security, housekeeping, and admin staff - Handle travel and courier management, stationery supplies, and first aid box - Monitor water readings and address Admin department issues - Maintain MIS related to the Admin department and share details as instructed Qualifications Required: - Experience in HR sourcing for at least 1 year is preferred for this role. Please note that the position is full-time and includes a yearly bonus. Immediate availability for joining is expected.,
