Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Taj Wellington Mews, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
  • Train and mentor new members of the housekeeping team on cleaning procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
