Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
