Job Description

We are looking for skilled Housekeeping Supervisors to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in managing housekeeping operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
