Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Hyatt Place, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to achieve excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain consistency and quality in housekeeping services.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols for the housekeeping department.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing housekeeping teams in hotels or resorts.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
