Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at JW Marriott, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel.
Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to achieve exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, and the ability to learn new technologies.
