Enforce SOPs: Ensure staff strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures. Quality inspections: Regularly inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and hygiene. Inventory control: Monitor and maintain stocks of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. Coordinate departments: Liaise with front office and maintenance for smooth operations. Report to management: Provide updates on staff performance, cleanliness, and inventory. Train staff: Train housekeeping personnel on cleaning techniques, safety, and SOPs.
