Job Description

We are looking for an Operation Manager in Facility Industry

Experience: 5+ Yrs

Salary: UP TO 50K

Location: Sec 74A, Gurgaon

Core responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations: Manage and ensure the smooth and efficient daily function of the facility, coordinating with various departments as needed.
Manage staff and vendors: Supervise facility staff, delegate tasks, and coordinate with external vendors for services like maintenance, cleaning, and security.
Budget and resource management: Develop and manage facility budgets, track inventory, and ensure the necessary hardware and resources are maintained.
Health, safety, and compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct regular audits, and implement security measures.
Maintenance and strategic planning: Develop and manage maintenance schedules for building systems, conduct inspections, and implement strategic initiatives for efficiency and sustainability.
Reporting and record-keeping: Maintain accurate operational records and reports, track all service and maintenance schedules, and ensure detailed record-keeping for financial control and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
