Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in hospitality and be able to lead our housekeeping operations with expertise.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas.
Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers, providing guidance and training as needed.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve issues efficiently.
