Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at JW Marriott, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel.
Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to achieve excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless room preparation and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of housekeepers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and staff.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
