Job Description

Housekeeping Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage daily housekeeping operations across the campus.
Supervise and monitor housekeeping staff, including attendance, grooming, and performance.
Maintain cleanliness standards in academic blocks, administrative areas, hostels, cafeterias, and outdoor spaces.
Coordinate with maintenance, security, and administration departments for smooth facility operations.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists for all areas.
Monitor the use and stock of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of premises to maintain cleanliness standards.
Handle staff training and motivation to ensure efficiency and discipline.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for housekeeping supplies and outsourced services.
Prepare reports related to housekeeping operations, staff deployment, and maintenance requirement
