Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or related field, preferably in housekeeping or guest services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
