The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, welcoming, and up to the hotel's standards. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and servicing guest rooms, responding to guest requests, restocking amenities, and reporting any maintenance issues. Additionally, the Associate will assist guests with information and support to enhance their stay. Qualifications Guest Services and Guest Service skills Customer Service and Reservations skills Strong Communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a housekeeping or guest service role is a plus Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
