Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to join our team at Fairmont. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
