Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to join our team at Regenta Resort by Royal Orchid Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
