Role Summary:

Hospitality HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 

  end-to-end compliance

   with labour laws, PF/ESI, gratuity, employment contracts, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements
• Maintain proper 

  documentation and records

   for all staff across properties (attendance, leaves, ID cards, joining kits, contracts)
• Coordinate with hotel managers to 

  standardize HR processes and policies

   across all units
• Oversee 

  employee grievance handling, disciplinary actions

  , and exits as per compliance norms
• Drive 

  recruitment and onboarding

   process with support from the in-house team for new and existing hotels
• Monitor and audit HR files for each property regularly
• Liaise with legal/compliance consultants to ensure 100% HR regulatory readiness
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits or internal reviews

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Minimum 

  4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry

• Strong understanding of HR compliance

  , labour laws, and payroll basics
• Excellent skills in 

  data handling, documentation

  , and employee record management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and report generation
• Ability to work independently, manage teams remotely, and travel to properties when needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
