This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who has prior experience in hospitality and is looking to grow within the HR field. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various departments and will also support the HR team in routine tasks and coordination with hotel teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage the hiring process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs for hotel and corporate roles Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress Support basic HR functions such as document collection, attendance coordination, employee joining formalities, etc. Coordinate with hotel-level teams for HR-related queries and needs Assist in maintaining a smooth recruitment and onboarding process across multiple locations Requirements: 1 months to 4 year of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry Good understanding of hotel operations and staffing requirements Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Graduate in HR, Business, Hospitality, or a related field What We Offer: Exposure to HR operations in a growing hotel group Opportunity to learn and grow under senior HR leadership Friendly, professional work environment Competitive salary and growth path within the company Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn Show more Show less
