Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive / Manager Locations: New Delhi (1 Position) Mumbai (1 Position) Company: Asar Hotels Industry: Hospitality | Hotels Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Asar Hotels is hiring experienced Sales Executives / Managers for its properties in Delhi and Mumbai . The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hotel sales , with a minimum of 2 years’ experience , and a proven ability to generate business from corporate, travel agents, and direct channels. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients to generate room and banquet sales Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online travel agencies (OTAs) Meet monthly sales targets and ensure optimal revenue generation Coordinate with front office, reservations, and F&B teams for seamless execution of group bookings or corporate stays Conduct property tours, presentations, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility Maintain and update sales reports and pipelines regularly Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build business relationships Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales Strong network of B2B and corporate contacts in the hospitality domain Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset Familiar with local market trends and sales dynamics (Delhi or Mumbai respectively) Graduate in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a fast-growing hotel brand Professional work culture and supportive team Growth and career advancement opportunities within the organization Show more Show less
