Hospitality HR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, with hands-on experience in hotel or hospitality-based HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Source, screen, and onboard candidates for various hospitality roles (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Conduct joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding experience
• Employee Engagement & Welfare:
• Plan and execute staff engagement activities
• Handle grievances, maintain employee morale, and improve retention
• Promote a positive workplace culture
• HR Operations & Compliance:
• Maintain and update employee records
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
• Assist in payroll inputs and attendance management
• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions
• Monitor performance and support staff development initiatives
• Performance Management:
• Assist in conducting performance reviews and appraisals
• Support managers with goal setting and feedback sessions
• HR Reports & MIS:
• Prepare regular HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment status, etc.)
• Maintain updated HR metrics for management review

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR Management or relevant field
• 3–4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (hotels/resorts/restaurants) is a must
• Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
