Role Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for the hospital sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and healthcare professionals. Identify potential business opportunities and market gaps within the healthcare environment. Conduct market analysis to inform sales strategies and product positioning. Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional materials for hospitals. Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Organize and conduct product presentations and demos for hospital staff. Negotiate contracts and agreements with hospital partners. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Mindtel’s offerings. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical sales practices. Promote a positive and collaborative company culture within the sales team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience in the healthcare or hospital sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth. Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare regulations. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Leadership experience with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to travel as required within designated regions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions. Problem-solving mentality. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
