Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue and margin targets for assigned hospital accounts across the region.
  • Cultivate CXO and department-head relationships to convert pipeline into multi-year supply contracts.
  • Manage full sales cycle—prospecting, clinical demos, tender submissions, pricing, negotiation, and closure—aligned with institutional policies.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to launch new SKUs, conduct CME workshops, and drive demand generation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, update CRM dashboards, and relay competitive intelligence to leadership.
  • Coach and guide territory executives, reinforcing compliance, ethical standards, and best-practice sales processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 6-10 years hospital or medical-device sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Established network within purchasing, pharmacy, and clinical decision makers of metro hospitals.
  • Expertise in tender documentation, institutional pricing, and contract negotiations.

Preferred

  • MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management.
  • Exposure to digital health SaaS or capital equipment sales.
