HOSPITAL SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and procurement teams to promote services/products.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the healthcare sector.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, presentations, negotiations, to closures.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and healthcare trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, service) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for product/service improvement.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in sales within hospitals, pharma, diagnostics, or medical devices
• Strong existing network within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and hospital visits
