Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to promote and sell
motor and health insurance
products
Handle outbound sales calls and follow up on leads
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduates
(Freshers or Experienced) with
excellent communication skills
Undergraduates
with
minimum 1 year of sales experience
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of motor and health insurance products is an added advantage
Good organizational and time-management skills

Rotational shifts (Female employees' shifts end by 7:30 PM)
