Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint and manage distributors; expand retail outlet coverage
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure effective freezer placement and cold-chain maintenance
Execute market activations, promotions, and visibility activities
Improve distributor productivity and market coverage
Track competitor activity and provide market feedback

Candidate Profile:

5-8 years of experience in Ice Cream / Beverages / FMCG sales
Graduation mandatory
Age below 30 years
Strong experience in distributor handling and field sales
Good communication, negotiation, and execution skills
